PROJECT MANAGER – SOUTHWEST MISSOURI

We are seeking an elite Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across Southwest Missouri. This role is built for a proven leader who understands how to drive complex projects from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining disciplined control of scope, schedule, cost, quality, and relationships.
The Project Manager serves as the primary steward of project execution, financial performance, and team culture. This individual is responsible for overseeing multiple phases of work, managing diverse scopes, coordinating with clients, consultants, and trade partners, and ensuring each project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers long-term project continuity, leadership growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on commercial developments throughout Southwest Missouri.

Experience
· Minimum of 5 years or more of experience in project management.
· Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent work experience.
Technical Expertise:
· Understands contractual language and how to read plans and specifications.
· Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera.
· Proficiency in Acumatica preferred.
Safety
· Working knowledge of OSHA standards.
· OSHA 30 required (OSHA 10 minimum)
Communication & Decision-Making
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to make sound, timely decisions in high-pressure environments.
Working Environment
This role will primarily be in an office environment based in our Springfield, Missouri headquarters, or at the job site. Assigned projects may require the Project Manager to be on-site for extended durations, and occasional travel is to be expected.
