We are currently looking for someone to assist our finance department in daily admin duties. This temporary position that will pair you up with the most successful finance team in the used truck & trailer industry over the last couple of years. This also provides the opportunity for possible permanent a position with one of the area’s top employers!

Job Duties
Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Knowledge & experience with computer operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word as well as solid keyboarding skills. Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills are essential.
Flexible schedule with the ability to work at least 25-30 hours per week.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Any college experience is beneficial.
Must be able to sit a majority of your shift. Must be able to multitask & handle a potentially large volume of phone calls and correspondence.
Primarily indoors with heating & cooling in a general office environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & reliable transportation to and from work
