The Oasis is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech with vast experience in HVAC to join our team! Our Maintenance Department is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks to ensure our guests have a safe and comfortable stay. This position requires the ability to work on various refrigeration and heating systems. Additional task include guest room calls, work orders, preventative maintenance and at times hotel grounds.

• Must be skilled to work on all types of restaurant equipment. Freezers/ walk in coolers, and ice machines
• Knowledge of RTU’s, chiller, boiler, mini split, VRP and PTAC systems.
• Must be mechanically inclined, highly organized and experienced in various areas of facility maintenance.
• Plumbing and electrical experience required.
• Most possess knowledge of basic hand/power tools
• HVAC/Refrigeration Certification
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills
• Must be able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.
• Must be dependable and energetic
• Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands.
• Weekends are required

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires constant standing and walking. Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs comfortably.
• Pulmonary fit test required prior to start date.

Miscellaneous Requirements

• Candidate must be able to pass a physical through Carr Physical Therapy prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.

Working Environment

• Will work both in/outdoors
