Responsibilities

The Recruiting Specialist will serve as a liaison between our candidates and hiring managers, while helping managers to identify and select top talent to join Prime, Inc. We are looking for a candidate that is outgoing, flexible and self-motivated. Candidate should be open and willing to perform other HR tasks and duties as needed or delegated.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

 

·         Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives;

·         Write and post job descriptions on applicant tracking system, career websites, and job boards;

·         Evaluate and screen resumes, applications and candidates;

·         Conduct phone screens;

·         Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers;

·         Schedule/attend interviews with candidates and hiring managers;

·         Attend job fairs and careers events;

·         Create and present offer letters to candidates;

·         Conduct a 4 hr orientation with up to 15 new hires at once;

·         This position will be primarily working with our non-driving associates such as office, shop and amenities.

·         Assist in other areas such as FMLA, Form I-9’s, payroll and unemployment.

 

 

Qualifications

Knowledge

Knowledge of recruiting procedures and best practices preferred.  

 

Abilities

Strong organizational, computer, and customer service skills required. Accurate typing of 45 WPM minimum. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and complete projects within a deadline.

 

Experience, Education, and Training

Bachelors in Human Resource Management or related field, or 2 years’ experience preferred. Experience with an applicant tracking system such as iCims preferred. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite required.

 

Licensing/Certification

None required.
