    Prime is looking for an individual willing to work in a diverse environment and in varying responsibilities while applying their knowledge and skills in the area of Accounting.

    Responsibilities

     

    • Processing of accounts payable invoices and application of receipts to accounts receivable; 
    • Processing of expense reports company-wide;
    • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts to respective sub-ledgers;
    • Analyses of variances in financial statement components;
    • Preparation of memos regarding financial performance managers;
    • Preparation of forecasts and/or budget for departments or affiliated entities.

    Education/Experience:

    Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; experience preferred, but not necessary. 

     

    Reasoning Ability:

    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

     

    Computer Skills:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 

     

    Work Environment:

    Primarily indoors with heating and cooling regulated in a general office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
