    Responsibilities include the review of a driver candidate’s overall employment history, along with providing communication via all necessary methods in order to confirm the candidate provided information by performing the following duties:

    • Reviewing and verifying candidates work history using a variety of methods including fax, email, and phone calls;
    • Effectively communicating between applicatns and the recruiters to get candidates cleared in time for orientation;
    • Answer questions for drivers regarding the porcess of the verification process;
    • Keep recruiters up to date regarding a driver's verification status;
    • Request additional information from drivers and former employers as necessary;
    • Manage a high volume of phone calls and do verifications in a timely manner; 
    • Communicate via fax, phone and email with all parties involved in cadidatess' recruitment. 



    Basic knowledge of the trucking/transportation industry preferred.



    Strong organizational, computer, and customer service skills required. Minimum accurate typing speed of 45+ WPM.  Multitasking and a flexible schedule required.  Some weekend work will be necessary for this position. Candidate must possess a positive and energetic attitude and also be able to work together as a team, as well as independently. Must be task-oriented, diligent and persuasive in order to retrieve the necessary information from candidates’ prior employers


    Experience, Education, and Training

    A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in a Business or related field is preferred; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    Physical Requirements

    This position requires being able to sit and remain focused and motivated for long periods of time. This position requires the ability and patience to make a high volume of outbound calls. Being able to multitask between the computer, phone, and different projects is required.


    Working Environment

    Primarily indoors with heating and cooling regulated in a general office environment. The work week will generally consist of 45+ hours, working Monday through Friday with possibly occasional weekend work.
