Summary: This associate will primarily provide support to the orientation department by performing the following duties:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Schedule training pad times for all locations.
  • Help assign student drivers to driver trainers.
  • Enter CDL exam scores into the system.
  • Register CDL exams through CSTIMS and with the state.
  • Track and analyze exam statistics.
  • Provide excellent customer service to drivers and students.
  • Issue truck keys for exam times.
  • Assign computer-based training (CBT) modules.
  • Process I-9’s for company driver new-hires and re-hires.
  • Schedule will be Friday-Monday 7am-5pm.
  • Performs related work as required.



Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.



Basic knowledge of trucking/transportation industry preferred, but not required. Prior customer service experience preferred.



Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to execute logical decisions quickly.  Ability to multitask in dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.  Good computer and keyboarding skills with the ability to accurately type at 45 WPM.  Proficient in Excel, Word, & Outlook. 


Experience, Education, and Training

Four year college degree in a business related field or at least one year in a customer service environment preferred.


Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit for a large portion of the day.


Working Environment

Primarily indoors with heating and cooling regulated in a general office environment. Surroundings can be noisy at times.
