The Leasing Coordinator will serve as a support and administrative role to the department to ensure quality and efficiency by performing the following duties:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Problem solving for all our operators
  • Responsibilities will also include many aspects within the leasing side of Success Leasing including many customer service related functions that could cover.
    • Tire fund management
    • Physical damage processing
    • New truck order management
    • Setting up and canceling lease contracts
    • Operator truck selection
    • Repair processing and coding
    • End of lease processing
    • APU payment posting
    • Success Leasing customer service phone number


Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.



Basic knowledge of the trucking/transportation industry preferred.



Strong organizational, computer, and customer service skills required. Accurate typing up to 40 WPM. Ability to multitask and a flexible schedule required.  Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to execute logical decisions quickly is required. Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, and the general Internet. Some weekend work will be necessary for this position.


Experience, Education, and Training

Finance or accounting background preferred. A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in a Business or related field is preferred; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Physical Requirements

This position requires being able to sit and remain focused and motivated for long periods of time. Being able to multitask between the computer, phone, and different projects is required.


Working Environment

Team oriented, fast-paced environment. Primarily indoors with heating and cooling regulated in a general office environment. Call volume can be heavy at times.
